Pepperl & Fuchs Inductive sensor has PNP switching element with NO function. It is rated to operate at a distance of 40 mm with an assured operating distance of 0 - 32.4 mm. Housing and sensing face are made of PA material for high strength with durability. Sensor operates at a voltage of 10 - 30 Volts and current of 0 - 200 milli-Amps at a switching frequency of 0 - 100 Hz. It has reduction factor of 0.33 for aluminum, 0.31 for copper, 0.38 for brass and 0.74 for 304 material. Sensor is provided with bidirectional, rotatable head for convenience. It measures 67 mm x 40 mm.

The three-wire configuration sensor requires a no-load supply current of 20 milli-Amps and has less than 2 Volts voltage drop. It has typical 5% hysteresis at an off state current of 0 - 0.5 milli-Amps and gives DC output polarity. It includes four-way LED indicator along with green LED indicator for operating voltage and yellow LED indicator for switching states. Sensor has four-pin, M12 connection type. It has quick mounting bracket for non-flush installation. Sensor is pulsed short circuit protected and reversed polarity protected for added safety. It operates at a temperature of -25 to 85 deg C. Inductive sensor is IP69K rated for use in hazardous locations. Sensor is cULus listed and CCC certified.
