Phoenix 5-Position Panel feed through is connected to 4 Nm torque M12 flush type socket at one end and leaves free end at other side. It has 0.5 m x 1.2 mm diameter TPE litz wire for connectivity. It has chemical resistant FKM sealing and highly inflammable, self-extinguishing grip body for safer operation. Feed through has Ni/Au contact surface and CuZn contact for providing better connectivity. It uses PA66 connector and nickel plated knurls for connecting cable end with socket. Feed through accommodates five tin plated copper conductors of cross section 0.34 mm.sq within 0.21 mm thick black, brown, white, blue, gray color TPE insulation for conductivity.

Feed through has insulation resistance greater than or equal to 20 mega Ohms for a kilometer and conductor resistance lesser than or equal to 57.6 Ohms per kilometer. It is rated for voltage of 60 Volts, nominal voltage of 300 Volts, nominal current of 4 Amps and test voltage of 2000 VAC. Feed through is rated for pollution degree of 3 and is a category lll surge protection device.

Feed through operates within a temperature range of -40 to 85 deg C in fixed installation/without actuation and -25 to 85 deg C in flexible installation. It uses Pg9 thread for front or screw mounting. It has flammability rating of UL94-V0 to withstand harsh environmental conditions. Feed through is IP67 rated for maximum degree of protection and is eClass, ETIM, UNSPSC classified.
