Maximum strength and durability construction

Signamax 48-Port Category 5E RJ45 Patch panel in black color is made up of high-impact, flame-retardant UL 94V-0 thermoplastic material with a paint coated finish. It features jack spring wire made up of phosphor bronze alloy plated with 50µin of gold over 70-100µin of nickel. It has an operating temperature of -10 to 60 deg C and storage temperature of -40 to 70 deg C. It has a retention force of 50N for 60 +/- 5 s.

Panel is compatible with 19-Inch rack and has minimum port life of 1000 cycles. Panel features a fully enclosed design for protection of printed circuitry during termination and measures 19 Inch x 3.50 Inch. It has insulation resistance of minimum 500 Mega-Ohm at 100 VDC and rated for at least 750 plug insertions. Panel can withstand a dielectric voltage of 1000 VDC/VAC peak at 60 Hz for 1 minute and can accommodate wire of size 22 - 24 AWG. It has a maximum spring wire contact resistance of 20 Milli-Ohm and IDC maximum contact resistance of 2.5 Milli-Ohm. It has two rack units. It measures 19 Inch x 3.500 Inch.
