All orders placed on Cesco.com are only shipped to valid addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, outside of the United States, to Military APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories. Please check back periodically with us as we plan to expand our shipping locations in the near future.
Cesco.com orders ship complete. Orders only ship when all items on order are in stock. If an item on an order is displaying a "lead-time", that item is not in-stock and the order will be delayed until all items on the order are in-stock. When the item becomes available the order will be processed and shipped. In some instances an item with a "lead-time" may be shipped direct from the manufacturer resulting in more than one shipment.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders must be placed before 1 p.m. CST to be processed same day.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Cesco.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the shipping method you select, and your shipping location. Your actual shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
The current shipping promotions are available for items ordered only on Cesco.com. The following promotions do not apply to items ordered through a Crescent Electric Supply branch.

FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS
Once you have submitted an order on Cesco.com, you will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter. The confirmation email will contain a link to your order. Additionally, if you are a registered Cesco.com customer, you can log in to your account and use the Manage Account page to view your account information and order history. Tracking numbers will be displayed on the order detail page once the order has shipped.

HOW IS ORDER STATUS DIFFERENT FROM TRACKING INFORMATION?
The status of your order is supplied by Cesco.com and represents what is happening with your order from the time you place it until the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped and leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a shipping carrier (such as FedEx or UPS). The shipping carrier may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. You can check your order status and tracking information by clicking the link in your confirmation email or, if you are a registered Cesco.com customer, by logging in to your account, clicking the Manage Account link at the top of the page, and clicking on Order History.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

CRESCENT TRUCK DELIVERY
When we have inventory in a branch that is close to your home or business, we can deliver your order to you using a Crescent truck. Often, this is the only shipment method available when an order includes hazardous or oversized items that cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx. When you are placing an order, you may see the Crescent Truck Delivery shipment option on the Review Order page, if it is available. Crescent Truck Delivery is a flat fee of $45.00.
