3M FP-301 Series Heat shrink thin-wall tubing in black color is made of flexible polyolefin material and offers better balance of electrical, physical and chemical properties. It has a length of 48 inches. It has 0.125-Inch maximum recovered diameter and 0.250-Inch minimum expandable diameter. Flame retardant tubing has 1/4-Inch size. Single tubing is ideal for wide variety of industrial and military applications. It has voltage rating of 600 Volts and dielectric strength of 900 Volts/mil. It is specially used as a shrink-fit electrical insulation over cable splices and terminations.
Tubing has a tensile strength of 2400 psi and shrink ratio of 2:1. It has a minimum shrink temperature of 100 deg C and continuous operating temperature ranging from -55 to 135 deg C. It has a wall thickness of 0.025 Inch. Split resistant tubing is great for lightweight wire harness covering, wire marking, wire bundling, component packaging and fire-resistant covering.
