Ericson Perma-Grip 2-Pole Grounding straight blade connector in brilliant blue/yellow color has blades made of non-corrosive solid brass and has dead-front/back-wire design. It has a transparent back-plate for easy identification of wiring chamber. Connector features a quick-field assembly and a simple twist on cord grip nut. Terminal screws and captive assembly prevent receding of small parts. It features blue LED that switch-on when equipment grounding conductor has continuity and wiring is correct as well as red LED that switches ON when there is a loss of ground and other undesirable condition.
Connector consists of non-slip elastomeric finger grip housing. Distinguished body and housing prevents mis-alignment. Connector consists of high visibility Ericson dual-color safety system. It has three-wire grounding device. Connector has current rating of 20 Amps and voltage rating of 125 Volts. It is NEMA 5-20R rated. Connector is UL/ETL/CETL listed, meets IEC standards and OSHA compliance.
