Ideal® Twister® Twister hex head ribbed cap swept winged wire nut connector in purple color is an aluminum-to-copper twist on device that is specially designed to provide safe connection. Connector has a flame-retardant shell that is rated at 105 deg C. Connector is formulated mainly with corrosion resistant compound that provides a smoother connection and increased conductivity. Connector has live-action and square wire spring.
Connector can withstand up to 600 Volts. The deep skirt of the connector provides higher dielectric strength. Connector accommodates 1/12 AWG solid aluminum and 1/18 AWG copper wires. Connector is UL listed/CSA certified.
