It features steel construction with zinc electroplate finish for durability and offers resistance against corrosion. It is ideal for connecting EMT conduit to a box or enclosure in raintight environments. It is equipped with an extruded locknut and shoulder to provide more threads for secured installation. Coupling features an angled teeth on locknut for secured bite into enclosure.
Compression coupling has interior shoulder conduit stop that offers positive seating of conduit inside the body. It features flat surface on gland nut for easy wrenching and distinct black gland nut for quick raintight identification. It has gasket on male threads of box connector to seal installation for raintight connection between the box and the connector. It includes an integral gasketed compression ring to protect and seal for reliable installation. Concrete tight compression coupling is UL and cUL listed.
