Thomas & Betts Ty-Rap® Standard cable tie in black color is made of weather-resistant nylon 6.6. and has tensile strength of 18 lb. It features a low profile head design that prevents snags on uneven surfaces and is easier to pull through bulkheads. Maximum strength and the right tightness are provided with non-magnetic stainless steel locking device. Infinite number of locking positions can be achieved due to its notches and its no-slip tail offers easy grip during tensioning. Tie's unique friction surface design reduces slippage during installation and smooth, notchless body reduces stress concentration points under tension. It measures 3.620 Inch x 0.093 Inch.
Cable tie comes with a ribbed and stippled body that grips the bundle and avoids slippage. Its rounded edges protect insulation and prevent sharp edges from damaging cables. It is suitable for use with wire bundle of diameter 0.625 Inch. It can withstand a temperature of -40 to 185 deg F and is UL 94 V-2 flammability rated to withstand harsh environmental conditions. Cable tie is UL listed/CSA certified and is RoHS compliant.
