Crescent Electric Supply Company (CESCO) was founded in 1919. Today, it is the eighth largest electrical distributor in the United States with nearly 2,000 employees at over 130 locations in more than 25 states. The Company serves contractors, utilities, institutional and industrial customers with a broad line of electrical, lighting, automation and datacomm products nationally.

In addition to the Crescent Electric brand, customers are served by BA Supply in Missouri, Interstate Electric Supply in Idaho and Oregon, Mesco Electrical Supply in Ohio, National Electric Supply in New Mexico, Womack Electric Supply in Virginia and North Carolina, and Stoneway Electric in Washington and Idaho.

Wellness Program

Employees enrolled in the Crescent Electric Health Plan will have the opportunity to participate in our annual Wellness Program. The program is intended to help increase your likelihood of leading a longer, happier, more productive life.

The Wellness program consistsof a biometric screening, blood draw, an online Health Risk Assessment and Review of findings coaching call with a Health Coach. Employees may receive up to $150.00 in monthly health premium discounts if certain criteria is met.


Training begins with onboarding whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned pro; we provide information to get you up to speed in your new job and knowledgeable about the company. Employees are offered a library of optional courses through our Crescent Learning Center online as well as many items they can check out for personal enrichment. Our branch employees gather annually on a rotating schedule for a week-long National Sales Conference where we bring in our supplier partners to deliver hands on workshops and informational sessions. Throughout the year, suppliers come into the branches for Lunch and Learn sessions to ensure we have the latest information on products. Many of our employees take advantage of training programs through the National Association of Electrical Distributors and we provide a financial bonus opportunity as they achieve milestones with NAED’s EPEC and CEP programs.
