Special or custom orders do not qualify, and exclusion apply, so please check with Branch manager for any applicable exclusions. The contractor who purchases the most qualifying Cooper Lighting Solutions Market Pro products (by dollar amount) from stock during the Promotional Period will win the grand prize of an American Adventures trip (retail value of $5,000 U.S.D.) (“Grand Prize”). The top twenty (20) contractors who purchase the most qualifying Cooper Lighting Solutions Market Pro products (by dollar amount) from stock during the Promotional Period will win a Grizzly Cooler and a $100 Omaha Steaks gift card (retail value of $250 U.S.D.) (“Gift Package”). The odds of winning the Grand Prize and/or Gift Package is dependent on the number of contractor participants and the quantities purchased.
Promotional Period runs from June 1, 2021 and is extended to September 30, 2021 (“Promotional Period”).
Eligibility: The Grillin’ & Chillin’ Promotional Contest is open to all Crescent Company customers who enter as provided above and whose accounts remain within terms with Crescent Electric Supply Company throughout the Promotional Period and including the date of redemption. The contest is open to U.S. customers, their affiliates, and their subsidiaries, except employees and their families, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, suppliers, and Program Headquarters of Crescent Electric Supply Company, or its competitors. Participants must be 18 years old or older to qualify.

Winners will be notified by email no later than October 20, 2021. Grillin’ & Chillin’ winners will be selected based on the dollar amount of qualifying Cooper Lighting Market Pro products purchased from stock during the Promotional Period. Only new orders that are made, shipped and invoiced within the Promotional Period qualify, and no orders taken before or after the Promotional Period will qualify. All entries become property of the sponsor. If entry consists of an invoiced business, organization, or individual working for or associated with such invoice to business or organization, then any and all prizes awarded to such invoiced business, organization or individual shall be considered property of the invoiced business or organization. Limit one prize per individual, company, or address. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance, transportation, or use of any prize.
Tax Liability on Awards: Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners. Prize winners will be required to verify their address or execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within fourteen days of notification attempt, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners may be asked to use their names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.
